Shared Assessment Folders: When hovering over the airplane icon for a shared assessment, show the account that shared the assessment instead of the account that owns it.

It's confusing to show Shared by Eureka Math for example when the folder is owned by Eureka Math account but the folder was shared by the district's Main Admin account.
