It would be beneficial for an account to only be logged in on one device at a time. This prevents cheating by other students.

It would be more efficient to click an assessment once, select multiple classes, and then be able to schedule them individually from the same screen. This is how Google Classroom works: I can select all my classes to assign the same assignment and then customize when they are released all on the same screen. In Otus, to schedule them at different times, you have to select the assessment, and the class individually, and modify the settings, and do this over all classes. In my case, I have to select the same assessment, set the the release times, and the settings 6 different times. It would be nice to set the assessment, select all periods, then just customize the release all in the same screen.

It would be great to reduce the number of clicks when viewing the item performance breakdown. We'd like the chart to be more prominent on the assessment analytics landing page, similar to how the Rubric Analysis page is set up.

When overriding a standard, I would like the ability to add a note. This would allow teachers to provide additional context for the decision.

It would be really helpful to be able to open up a sample student page so that we can see what they see. We should be able to take a test, and have it scored, just like they do. See the grades. etc.. Right now we are remote teaching, and I would love to be able to do a screencast of how to open an assessment from a student page. A few classes have not used the software yet.

As an assessment builder, there are some items where previous answers will dictate the answer to the next question, but the 2 questions are aligned to different standards. It would be great to be able to attach different standards to questions within the same item so they can appear together for the student to use as reference.

I would like to take a PDF of an existing assessment, that I have archived in dropbox or googledrive and upload it as an assessment in OTUS. Rather than making a answer key and saving the answer key in OTUS and keeping the assessment saved elswehere, making them both saved in one place would simplify our work...

Currently, when a student opens a Drawing question in an Advanced Assessment, the Scribble (pen) tool is automatically selected as the default. While teachers can enable, disable, and reorder the tools in the toolbar, there is no option to choose which tool is selected by default when the student begins the question. Request: Add a setting in the Drawing question builder that lets the teacher choose which tool is selected by default when a student opens the question — for example, the Text Box tool instead of the Scribble tool. Why this matters / Use case: Many teachers use the Drawing question primarily for typed text responses or labeling rather than freehand drawing. Students (especially younger students or those using touchscreens) often start scribbling on the workspace by accident before realizing they need to switch tools. Setting the Text Box as the default would reduce student confusion, cut down on accidental marks, and streamline responses for assessments where typed annotation is the primary expected input. Proposed solution: In the Toolbar Options section of the Drawing question builder, add a "Default tool" dropdown (or radio selection) where the teacher can pick from any of the enabled tools. Customer impact: Submitted on behalf of a teacher who would like the Text Box tool to be the default so students can immediately type their responses without needing to switch tools first.

With Rubric Assessments, teachers often create and grade them without any student involvement, just to record grades. In these cases it would be helpful to be able to manually disable the ability for students to "Submit." We've had some cases of students just clicking submit to make their parents think an assessment has been completed.
