Assessments - Share Folders as a Teacher
Joseph Hartel
Is there any update on this becoming a possibility of teachers having the ability to share their assessment folders?

Sharing Folders

As we create folders in assessments and lessons, it would be helpful to be able to share entire folders with another teacher. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to share with multiple teachers at one time. The typing of a full email one at a time takes too long. With my 7th grade work I need to share with three staff members minimum each time and it is incredibly time consuming.

Access to resources

I want to share resources with other teachers and be able to edit items for members in my team. We currently do this in Schoology, but can't in Otus.

Sharing folders...

As a team of teachers, we share all resources. In our current platform we can share whole folder of work (tests, discussions, assignments, etc). Otus allows us to share a single item, but not groups. This is a HUGE time saver and necessary for a productive PLC.

Shared draft assessment folders

Please allow for teachers to share their draft assessment folders with another teacher. Please!!!

This feature would be extremely useful in our district! Most of our courses are taught by teacher teams who want to be able to share a folder of draft assessments. It is extremely cumbersome for a teacher to send a copy of each individual assessment to an admin in order to get them into a folder to be shared. As an admin, I want to be able to share draft work with teachers! Please make this an option!

I'd like to be able to share an entire folder with a colleague. Right now I can only share the items in a folder.
It would also be helpful for students to be able to create folders to organize things within a specific class.

lock assessment when "send a copy"
Joseph Hartel
When sharing an assessment in Otus It would be great for teachers to "lock" it. There for the sharing permissions are limited to the person receiving. I know this is the case with an admin account but would like to see it available for all teachers.

Hi Alyssa, currently our folder sharing is only available for admins. As to your comment about students what would you like them to be able to organize specifically?
