Rubric - More Printer Friendly Version to Print

teachers at my school are struggling with rubric printing. The version we can do right now is laborious, multiple clicks, zooming out and if there is a lot of info in a box that can't be seen in a single pane, the text is cut off.
We want to be able to print off our rubrics as a way to give students detailed feedback on their work. Our school does not use computers for most written feedback. Students do no log into Otus.

Thanks for reaching out Dana Henry! Here are instructions on how to print a rubric: https://help.otus.com/en/articles/3544325-print-a-rubric-assessment
Does that help or were you thinking of something different?

Stephanie Baeza, UX Researcher I have tried it that way and it is very unfriendly to be the teacher when grading these this way. It would be nice to have it print more than just the screen that you are on. This article doesn't lead teachers to a nice printable form with just one click. It is makes us have to basically take a screenshot of our screen and then print it until we have all the pieces to our rubric. NOT VERY TEACHER FRIENDLY.

Dana Henry - Thanks for the quick response, Dana! A more printer friendly version is definitely understandable. I imagine that having the rubric on one page would make things easier. Can you tell me more how you're using a printable rubric? Ex. are you using a printable version to grade students on and then entering into Otus?

Stephanie Baeza, UX Researcher I would love for it to be one page, but I think it would be nice to stretch the descriptor out longways across the landscape way of a paper and then have the 1-4 under it with our half points. then we would be able to have less space wasted? (maybe?) I have created one I will attach. But I still don't like it! As for why we want a printable rubric is because we have to attach multiple questions to one standard, so it might be questions 1, 4, and 5 and then we get an overall grade for that standard to put into the computer for that Unit. (Does this make sense?)
This rubric was just made by screenshotting the rubric from Otus, but like I said I still don't Love it...but it will work until Otus gets a good printable option!

Stephanie Baeza, UX Researcher Our school really needs to be able to print rubrics. Our elementary kids aren't actually going on Otus (for many reasons), and we want to be able to print off the rubrics and give them to the kids. The way we can print now is not kid or teacher friendly as you can't even see all of the rubric criteria (even if it's in full screena and you zoom out). Additionally, as a teacher, I just want to print off all my rubrics that I've created so I can easily see all the rubric criteria as I'm planning without having to do drop down menus for everything.
