Rubric Assessment - Google Drive Integration - View Share Settings
K
Kris Hyland
As a teacher, I'd like to see what share settings I set when I attached my Google Doc to a rubric assessment. Currently, to be certain, I have to remove it and re-add it, but it would be nice to have a place that showed me if it was "Make a copy for each student", "View Only", or "Share copy with class"

Label Google Drive link on assessments

When I attach an item on Google Drive on an assessment, it is unclear whether it is view only, students can edit the document, or if they will each have their own copy. Can a label be added?

Google Attachment labels on assessments

When adding an attachment to an assessment, there is no way for me to check after the fact if students can edit the doc, if it is view only, or if they have their own copy. Can labels be added?

Assessment File Status

With the new school year, I have been reusing a lot of old assessments from last year. However, I often don’t remember which attachments are “Students can view file” or “Make a copy for all students.” It would be great if these could be clearly labeled so teachers could verify the setting, and if teachers could change the setting if they accidentally selected the wrong option (rather than deleting the file, and going through the whole process of finding the file again). Thank you!

Assessment - View sharing/copy status on attachments

Currently, after I attach a file to an assessment I can longer view the settings of that file. For example, I can't see if the file is set to "Students can view file," or "Make a copy for each student," etc. It would be nice if teachers could see a preview after they've attached a file to verify what its status is before we assign it to students (especially if it's been a long time since we viewed a draft of the assessment). Thanks!

Show status of attached document

When I add a document to a rubric assessment, I have the option of sending a copy to each student, view only, etc. After I choose my option, I wish it would say which option I chose next to the attached document. That way I could double-check that I chose the correct form of document to send the students.

Assessments - File Attachment Status & Message

When I create an assessment, after I attach a file from my Google Drive, it would be nice to see a message next to the attachment reminding me if I set it to "view only" or "make a copy for each student." Additionally, it would be nice to change the status without having to completely reload the file. Thanks!
