Require Both Parts of Multi-Part Questions Before Moving On
Melissa Meyer
For questions with multiple parts, such as Part A and Part B, it would be helpful if students were required to answer both parts before they can move on to the next question. Currently, students can advance without completing both parts, which can lead to accidentally skipped responses. Since Part B often asks students to select evidence supporting their Part A response, requiring both parts before advancing would help ensure students fully complete the item as intended and provide more accurate assessment data.
