Gradebook - Missing Assessments Report - Customize

Teachers would like the option to customize the Missing Assessments report so that the csv includes only the student's name and their missing assessments.
Currently, the csv includes emails and SIS IDs. While it's possible to delete these rows manually, having this option would help simplify the workflow for teachers.

Yes, we need an easier way to print all their grades for conferences, team meetings with parents, IEP meetings, 504 meetings, etc. Please!

All that I would like is the student name, and assignment points. There should be a dropdown that allows you to pick or check the material need for the download or a default setting that can be changed depending on school districts or individual needs. This is very common with all other programs. Here is an example of yours vs another LMS that is actually usable.

Orange Compass: Thanks for responding. We appreciate the example. If you have time, I'm also curious what you do with the CSV download in your workflow? Do you print it and annotate? Save and send it to someone?

Stephanie Baeza, UX Researcher: It would be nice to print it and annotate. It's also a hard copy for times when the internet is down or information to provide to students. It would be also nice to print this for just one student as a grade progress report. I would highlight missing assignments and for visual of grade progress overtime if print it weekly.

Thanks for this suggestion! I'd love to learn more from anyone who's voted. What columns, rows, or information do you end up deleting from the CSV? What fields/columns are most important or least important for the CSV download from Gradebook?

Stephanie Baeza, UX Researcher: I agree. I just want the assignment and points, like the example she showed, I delete everything else. I like to keep a physical printed gradebook as well. During parent teacher conferences it is also nice to just have the papers printed out and available to highlight missing assignments for failing students and be able to shuffle the papers instead of clicking around and waiting for things to load. The only other stuff I might need would just be the comments, but it would be nice to be able to decide if I want the comments or not so they are only there WHEN I want them.
