Spreadsheet Gradebook

Grading would be so much faster if we didn't have to open each individual assessment in a single class period to change/edit/add any grade. Most gradebooks have a spreadsheet view that shows all the tasks being scored for that class period, and you can edit more than one task on one screen. We almost have it here on Otus in the assessment tab of the gradebook, but it only has the missing/on-time type symbols instead of the grades available to edit.

Link Classes to Common Assessment

I teach 5 classes of the same subject, so all of my students have the same assignments. It would be great to switch between classes from the assessment page, rather than have to backtrack to the assessment list in order to find my class list. For example, if I open a Book Report assessment, in addition to seeing my student list, I would also like to have a dropdown list of other class periods that have the same Book Report, and be able to switch to those classes quickly. Thanks!

Yes, please. And the "To-Do" list would then be by 'Assessment' instead of by CLASS 'Assessment'...

Assessment Grading - Toggle Between Classes
Amy Donato
It would be nice if, once I open the assessment for one class I could toggle between classes for that assessment on the same screen without having to go back.
Also, it would be nice for me if the assessment default was showing the ones that have already been assigned instead of showing you drafts.

Assessments - Toggle Between Classes While Grading

Is there a way to add toggling between classes when grading assessments? I have teachers who finish grading assessments for an hour and don't want to go all the way back to assessment to grade the same assessment for a different hour/class.

Assessments - Move to Next Class While Grading

It would be helpful to be able to move to the next class while grading without backing out and selecting from the drop down menu three pages back.

Grading - Multi-Class

Hello. In our district we have students split up amongst 3 classes. These classes are the same subject area but I need to create an assessment and enter grades 3 different times despite assessing all students on the same standards. It would be GREAT if there was a way to grade multiple classes at one time, instead of having to keep recreating the grades in gradebook for each individual class. Thanks!

It would also be convenient if you could sort the assessments by status. That way all of the ones that I need to still grade could be at the top of the list (or bottom).
