I teach elementary where I am in charge of all of my subjects for 23 kids. I assigned a decimal quiz I want to use for report cards and I assigned it to my elementary attendance. I would like edit and move it to math which is not allowed. If I delete the quiz and ask students to take it again, I upset parents and students. Please allow me to edit my mistakes. Thank you.

The ability to move assigned assessments to different classes was included in our last release. Now, if you make an error in assigning and don't realize it until later, you can choose "Move Assessment" in the menu so that your students' assessments are recorded in the right place. Here's a help article that explains more: https://help.otus.com/en/articles/9057271-move-an-assigned-assessment-to-a-different-class

Hello! Our team will soon be developing a feature to move assigned assessments to another class without losing student work. We'd love your feedback on the concept! At the following link, you can test the concept and give us your feedback. (Please note that this test works best on a desktop/laptop screen.) Testing link: https://t.maze.co/203847543
We'll leave this open for feedback for a few weeks. Hope we get the chance to hear from you!

I want to be able to edit classes in assessments. After I put in a couple grades, I realized I accidentally put them in the wrong class and had to deleted and start again. I want to be able to edit the assessment and change the class so that the data will just move over to the other class.

Is there a way you can edit which assignments get put into which class. The other day I made my first Language Arts assignment and accidently assigned it into Math. I had to delete the rubric and recreate it to be put into Language Arts.

Thanks for reaching out with this request, Amy. We will review further. In the meantime, when this happens you could try creating a "Plus Assessment" in the correct class with the grades from the assessment. That way you can retain their grades in the right class and they don't have to take it over. Here's an article from our knowledge base that might help with that: http://help.otus.com/en/articles/1666007-add-a-plus-assessment-to-the-gradebook
