I would like to be able to add a calculator to an entire assessment in the same way that I can enable annotations, a time limit, or other broad setting that you determine when the assessment is assigned.

It would be great to have a calculator option to click when assigning the assessment. Either the calc is available the whole time or not. If using the navigate item bank questions you do NOT have the ability to go back and add the calculator to the individual item.
