Problem -- Teachers currently cannot easily reset a student submission status back to blank once they've selected an option from the dropdown menu. Proposed Solution -- Add a "Blank" or "Clear Status" option to the student submission status dropdown menu.

This would allow teachers to:

-Quickly reset any submission status back to blank with a single click

-Easily correct accidental status selections

-Have more control over their grading workflow

Use Case -- A teacher is reviewing the gradebook and accidentally marks a student's work as "On time" when it should remain unmarked. Instead of navigating through multiple screens or menus, they can simply select "Blank" from the dropdown to reset the status.
